Mazda ACT HDR6 - Heavy Duty with 6 Puck Disc Clutch Kits
This ACT HDR6 Clutch Kit utilizes the Heavy Duty Pressure Plate and Solid 6 Puck Disc. This allows for a firm, yet not extreme pedal feel and a disc that will hold it's own against almost anything you can throw at it.

Most performance enthusiasts relate more to horsepower rather than torque, but clutch capacity is best measured in terms of torque. Think in terms of comparing a high rpm 250hp Honda Civic versus a Dodge Cummins turbo diesel which has the same horsepower. The diesel will need about three times the clutch capacity because the engine produces about three times the torque. ACT started rating their clutches years ago so people will have an honest estimate of what to expect. They provide the percentage of clamp load increase and the estimated torque capacity right on their application chart.

it was easy to install. it only took 6 hours and two people and we got the job done. everything works and runs great, i will come back to order more parts soon...

It was an eazy install, the only problem was that it was the 6 pluck race disk was to harsh for my Talon TSI, would be an awesome track only set-up.

Great race clutch, Bad For stop and go traffic, Clutch disc chatters on launch from low rpms. Great with launches over 2000 rpm. Grabs quick and strong. Lasted me 3 months with daily/race driving, quality good, I just expected it to last a little longer in daily traffic.
