What It Does
The AEM Water/Methanol Injection System injects a mixture of water/methanol into the intake of a forced induction engine. Injecting water/methanol allows users to run more boost and ignition timing to gain horsepower and torque. Gains as much as 20% more horsepower and 25% more torque on pump gas are common.

Inline Filter Why you Want One
If you are using a Water/Methanol Injection System it may greatly increase pump life to use a water/methanol filter. The AEM Water/Methanol Injection Filter prevents foreign particles as small as 40 microns from clogging or damaging pumps, injection nozzles check valves or flow sensors. The AEM Water/Methanol Injection Filter uses fittings for use with 1/4" OD nylon tubing, so it fits most Water/Methanol injection kits on the market today!
Water/Methanol Injector Nozzle Kit
AEM Water/Methanol Injector Kit. Our new water/methanol injectors are CNC machined from 6061-T6 billet aluminum and then hard anodized in black and laser etched with the AEM logo. These new injectors also now come with an integrated check valve! The injector nozzle kit includes one new style injector, one of each sized nozzle (.0155, .0315 and .0630 sizes), a "T" fitting with quick connect ends and 48" of nylon hose which allows you to add a second injector to your water/methanol system quickly and easily.
Recirculation-Style Water/Methanol Injection HD Pump
AEM s recirculation-style pump offers improved performance, reliability and a much smoother, quieter operation when compared to older switched-style pumps. With the use of a new internal bypass design, AEM s upgraded pump eliminates the erratic on and off switching/pulsing and ensures consistent fluid delivery for optimum performance. With durability and reliability in mind, AEM has designed the pump with a Santoprene diaphragm and EPDM seals to withstand the harshest of alcohol mixes.
