The ACCEL Super Coil is engineered for faster rise time and longer spark duration and produces higher spark energy for increased performance. The Super Coil features an oversized case with integral cooling fins. Extra tall tower eliminates "flash over". All necessary hardware is included for installation.
The 300+ System Supercoil is for high-performance use with both breakerless electronic & ACCEL CD type ignition systems. Heavy gauge windings and E-core design maximize energy and voltage output. The 300+ system features an extruded aluminum heatsink for cooling and long life. Wire and leads are included.
The instructions where not very clear as to use the resistor that comes with it or not; other than that installation was a breeze once into it. Noticed an increase in acceleration, plus it's the first thing people notice when you open your hood!!!
Note: when installing you have to extend the factory ignition wires and check voltage output if you have the wires hooked up wrong the readout
