Now available from B&M: a Street performance electronic automatic transmission for small block equipped Street Rods and Street Machines! This package allows the installation of a B&M Street performance GM 4L60E transmission into a vehicle under construction or one that is being upgraded with a late model driveline. The 4L60E is ideal for Small Block applications where overdrive is desired. These transmissions feature all of the same high performance components found in other B&M transmissions including high performance friction materials, all new gaskets and seals and the unit is fully tested. It includes a B&M Street 4L60E automatic transmission, Electronic controller, Torque Converter, SuperCooler, Dip Stick and Tube, dust cover and 12 quarts of B&M Synthetic Trick Shift. The package comes supplied with the HoleShot 2400 converter, which features furnace brazed impeller and turbine, new precision alloy steel pump drive tube, new billet turbine hub and a new lock-up clutch. The electronic controller included with this kit allows the transmission to operate throughout its entire range. A calibration module is included which also allows you to set the shift points and shift firmness of the transmission to suit your style of driving. You can easily recalibrate the shift characteristics for your vehicle for either street performance, cruising or heavy-duty use with the included calibration module.
