Battle Version Traction Arms have a number of benefits over simply using an aftermarket bushing on a stock arm. Because Trac Rods take the most force as you launch and accelerate, it is essential to remove the slop caused by their rubber bushings. Alex Pfeiffer designed these rods with hiem joints and adjustable-length arms (allowing you to preload the suspension). These measures eliminate harmful (and slow) wheel hop while improving suspension response and driver control.
The ride quality is not adversely affect by this modification because you will still have the majority of rubber bushings in your suspension include the rubber mounts which suspend the sub frame. In short, these rods allow you to get the tightest feel when driving hard while still retaining a smooth ride everyday.
