The latest and newest Blitz Intercooler now comes with a Chemical Shine! Having the surface of their intercoolers chemically treated allows it to withstand oxidation. Oxidation is the reason normal aluminum intercoolers become blurry as time passes. The chemical shine is applied evenly all over the intercooler. That includes the end tanks and even the core itself. With this new CS treatment, the surface can easily last a long time against oxidation.
Durability wasn't the only thing Blitz upgraded with their intercoolers. The CS series intercoolers perform just as well as their previous LM series intercoolers. Each intercooler comes with light weight inner tubes and offset louver type fins, acheiving high cooling efficiency and very low pressure loss.
The intercooler kits come with lightweight aluminum piping that was manufactured and designed with minimum bends which allows it to have low flow resistance. Along with the necessary hardware, blue durable and heat resistant silicone hoses are included in the kit for easy installation.
