Drop-in Fit Combo Radiators
CSF makes it easy for the installer. Since we manufacture our own radiators, we have the ability to engineer minor modifications that enable the radiator to fit multiple applications. This reduces the complexity and eliminates the guess the work.
For example, CSF s engineers have developed one radiator for 1996 to 2000 Honda Civic models (CSF2602) that will replace all variations including Nippon Denso, Toyo, Showa, automatic transmission and manual transmission. While making these modifications, utmost care has been taken to exactly match OE specifications and dimensions thus guaranteeing a "drop in fit".
Most other radiator manufacturers make four different radiators for this vehicle. CSF does make a difference!

3 Piece Header System
When a radiator has plastic tanks and a Copper-Brass core, the brass header needs to be reinforced with a Zinc coated steel crimp strip. OE specifications require this, all OE radiators have it and all of CSF s radiators have it. However, watch out for cheap imitations they conveniently skip this critical part to reduce the manufacturers cost. Without the steel crimp strip the radiator is prone to header leaks and premature failure.
