| 9 | 08/24/2010 | CL | With the green pads vehicle is a lot more fan to drive and you do feel better about being able to stop when it is necessary. With this combo there is alot of noise when first time in used, it get better with heat. Installation is easy when doing pads. |

| 10 | 02/17/2010 | PT Cruiser | EBC Blackdash "performance" slotted front rotors were purchased to replace solid OEM rotors, provide stopping power far superior to the OEMs, remain a little noisier than OEM after break-in but consistent with slotted design, the only quibble I have with the product is that EBC did not provide specific instructions about whether to clean the fully anodized braking surface with chemical brake or carb cleaner, or use brake soap (which I chose), before reinstalling the calipers and new pads. Factory packaging was bullet-proof, and the disks were wrapped in a treated paper rather than coated with the usual nasty packing grease/preservative. I've installed these rotors on 2 of my cars, a 2002 PT Cruiser and 2006 MX5, and am pleased with the results, and have acquired EBC dimpled/slotted rotors and pads to install on my 2002 Z06 Corvette in the Spring. |
