I have yet to install this part but it looks to me like it is a quality product. It has some kind of powdercoating on it and I noticed that it is also on the inside and over the welds, which is good. I think it will definitely make a difference in performance simply because it is bigger than stock. Also, this part is supposedly a bolt-on replacement, but like I said, I have yet to install it, so I'm not sure about that.
