Packing was shrink wrapped so well it was fused to the radiator and it took several hours by hand with my fingernails to remove all the clear plastic. A non metallic scraping tool might have speeded up the process but I didn't have one available.
The radiator went right in and was a perfect fit, all stock components bolted right on, no issues there. While putting on the shroud though, the overflow pipe fell off so the factory solder job was inferior. Im afraid to let a radiator shop fix it as they might ruin the nice welds so Im using an epoxy to hold it on.
The car runs cooler than the stock rad but still gets too warm with an electric fan with the factory shroud so Im using the stock 2JZGTE water pump with a 95 LS400 and the stock 86.5-92 fan. Im in Kuwait though and its getting over 100 now so Ill go electric in the winter.

looks great.I bought this for an 87 supra turbo.the radaitor came with an extra hole for a thermal switch.my car didnt come with a thermal switch.koyo doesnt supply a drain plug or a cap.bs for 400.00.HPF is sending me a 16mm drain plug.

Attempted to install in 1995 RT/TT. This radiator does not fit without modifications. The air conditioning condenser must either be removed or relocated. The stock upper radiator brackets will not work unless the bolt holes are either enlarged or ovaled. The front two top corners of the upper tank hit the car's crossmember. The bump-up for the top hose-fitting hits the hood when closed. The stock fans end up nearly touching the engine and front turbo, too close in my opinion. The unit shows very nice quality and workmanship, but the fitmemt is not by any means a drop-in. I gave up on it, and am going to either try the PWR or stay stock.

Other than some a longer than expected amt of time installing the thing, i have to say it looks and performs well above my expectations. The quality and cooling capabilites are perfect. just make sure to carefully drop the thing in bc it is a tight fit. props to Koyo on a great radiator. temp stays below normal even when over 100mph
