For all modified engines making more torque than the stage 2 can support. Maintains stage 2 feel for good daily drivability and offers very good wear characteristics, but provides a higher torque capacity. High clamp pressure plate, composite multi-friction carbon-kevlar material, high torque sprung hub and disc assembly, tool kit and some include throw out bearing.

Notes
Cars with dual mass flywheel will come with unsprung disc.
Most kits come with pilot bearing, throwout bearing and allignment tool.
The Stage 2+ is a very nice clutch, but hindsight, I should've gotten the 3+ clutch kit. At any rate, this is with out a doubt a very good clutch!

Clutch pedal feels very soft and engages at the very top of the travel. Feels as if the clutch is going out already. Loud buzz during cruising and deceleration just like the defective oem clutch that honda replaced on the earlier s200 models. I do not recommend this clutch for a daily driver, maybe a track car where you can careless about noise and feel.

This clutch is great I feel the improvement over my stock clutch when ever I try to do burn/outs or get of the light quickly, the grabbing force is excellent, the only problem is I'm hearing a chattering noise coming from either the releasing bearing or clutch disc springs and it does not grab smoothly at low RPMs after the clutch gets hot but that is what you get when it’s a stage 2+ or higher but over all it’s a great system and the performance is excellent I will buy it again but may step down the stage abit because I'm trying to get my car to do what is was not built for. A+++++++

I installed this clutch on a stock flywheel. I am very pleased with the power holding capabilities of it, only problem is for around the town driving it is slightly grabby, but it hooks up when you lay into it.

Great Clutch. Feels like stock but the gripping power is unbelievable. Doesn't slip even at 7k plus launches.

From the date of installation it has been trouble free. There was actually a lighter feel to the clutch than I expected. I thought engagement would be more harsh. I have gone through the break-in period and am now going forced induction so I expect this clutch will handle the additional torque with no problems.

Taking it out of the box, I was more than impressed with the way this clutch looked and was constructed. I could see that SPEC was a top-notch company that must take pride in its products... and then I drove it.
The noise this clutch makes under decel is absolutely horrendous. Buzz, chatter, or whatever you care to call it, to me it is quite nearly intolerable, especially with the convertible closed. After about 50 miles and no reduction in noise, I called SPEC tech support and he absolutely assured me that within the break-in period the noise would go away. 1100 miles later if anything it is only louder. I have not contacted again to see what they will do to work this out, as I have not had time, but as with any performance parts company, my expectation is they will not offer much.
If you're buying this for an S2000 you're going to track, then it's top-notch. If you want to enjoy a pleasant sunday drive through the country, it will drive you insane.
For what it's worth, I have heard of people having this problem with many different type clutches in the S2000. However in my eyes this is an issue that should be worked out before offering a product on the market, especially considering the labor involved in replacing it.
