Synapse Engineering now offers a direct bolt-on kit that replaces the factory diaphragm diverter valves with a single, fast-acting piston-actuated Synchronic BOV.
Included in the kit is a black powder coated charge pipe w/ all necessary hardware for a streamline installation. Synapse also includes their signature boost-connect fittings and hoses to finish off the kit. The Synchronic BOV also clears the factory intake airbox with no modifications!
Updated design elements:
Zero weld, CNC mandrel-bent, aerospace grade Aluminum tubing
Relocated BOV location closer to the throttle body for improved performance and better clearance
Material change to lightweight, aerospace grade Aluminum 6061 in annealed condition for much improved thermal conductivity
Reduction of Silicone coupler surface area for maximized charge velocity
The charge pipe included in the kit is bead-rolled so couplers will not blow-off with increased pressure and the supplied bracket mounts to engine so that charge piping & BOV move in unison with engine under all conditions.
