Thermal Research Exhaust Systems

Thermal Classic exhaust systems are designed for bolt-in applications and have a deep, throaty sound. Classic systems are tuned towards the upper mid-range and top end and are recommended for the more aggressively built vehicle.

Thermal Research Exhaust systems are built on a per order basis and the estimated time is 2-3 weeks.

907/06/2009S-SeriesQuality was better than expected. Only 2 problems: The time it took to get the part was LLLLLOOOOOONNNNGGGGG!!!!! 4+ weeks. And the bracket in the back I needed to heat up and bend so that the muffler exited the vehicle correctly. Other than that great product. Better throttle response, great sound!!!!!!
909/02/2005ProtegeThis product performed better then expected. Installation was a breeze, besides when the canister fell on my face as I was under the car. I don't know the exact HP gain, but the vehicle did run noticable faster. Best of all is the terrific deep sound of the muffler. Very satisfied.

1006/11/2004EclipseIncredible fit and install was a breeze (35mins). Used all stock hangers. Love the sound and performance gains from it. Highly recommend and would NOT hesitate to buy again. The stainless steel build is a big PLUS. If you are looking for an excellent fit, build, performance, and sound, this is the exhaust for you.
