Tial 46mm Wastegates
-The Tial Wastegate uses a Nickel based super alloy for their Tial wastegate valve and a high temp NiCrFe alloy for the valve housing. These materials allow for a superior product life under the most demanding conditions (eg. Turbo rotary applications 2000F (1093C) exhaust temperatures).
-High temperature silicone Nomex reinforced actuator diaphragm rated to 4 Bar
-The Tial Wastegate uses 17-7PH stainless steel for the Tial wastegate's actuator spring. This metal gives constant, reliable tension despite the high temperatures inheirant in high performance exhaust components.
-Nitronic 60 Stainless Steel is used for the valve seat, valve bushing, and lower housing fastening hardware.
-Flow .32Kg/S at 1 Bar
-Color anodized 6061-T651 aluminum actuator (Titanium Gray, Red, Blue, Purple)
-Available spring pressures: .2Bar (2.90 psi), .3Bar (4.35 psi), .4Bar (5.80 psi), .5Bar (7.25 psi), .6Bar (8.70 psi), .7Bar (10.15 psi), .8Bar (11.60 psi), .9Bar (13.05 psi)
-The Tial Wastegates are shipped with fasting hardware, 10mm aluminum banjo type air fittings, and gaskets.
-Tial 46mm wastegates have been race proven at Daytona 24hour (on a Porsche GT2 Twin Turbo)!
Flanges are available at an extra cost but are not included with the wastegate unit.
