Tial V60 Wastegates
High temperature alloys for the valves and lower housings, billet aluminum CNC machined actuator housings, Nitronic 60 valve guide and seat. The high temperature materials were selected for their unique combination of high corrosion, wear, and galling resistance properties. TiAL Wastegates also utilize high designed with optimized actuator-to-valve area ratio providing maximum control and wide dynamic flow capacity. The stainless steel actuator spring gives consistent pressure at elevated temperatures. TiAL Wastegate spring base pressure ranges from 5.8psig to 20.3psig.
38mm vs 60mm Wastegate
Features:
- High temp NiCrFe based alloy is used for valve and 347SS valve housing will offer longer product life compared to competing designs.
- High temperature silicone Nomex reinforced actuator diaphragm.
- 17-7 PH Stainless Steel actuator spring gives consistent pressure at high temperature, resist "relaxing" at temperature to 900F (483C).
- Nitronic 60 Stainless Steel is used for the valve seat, and valve bushing.
- All Stainless Steel hardware.
- V-Band Hardware INCLUDED.
- Color anodized aluminum actuator (Black, Red, Blue, Silver, Purple)
- Flow .25kgs/s at 1Kpa.
- Wastegates shipped with air fittings and stainless hardware.
