YOU WOULD THINK WITH 30 ADJUSTABLE CLICKS THE MANUFACTURE WOULD HAVE WIDEN THE RANGE TO ALLOW A SOFTER SETTING IF DESIRED AND STILL KEEP THE MAXIMUM STIFFNESS SETTING. I PREFER THE STIFFER RIDE FOR CONTROL BUT MY WIFE DOES NOT LIKE IT."
