The reason it got a 6 instead of an 8 is because the O2 sensor doesnt match up on the 3g v6 eclipse. I had to modify the down pipe and make an opening for it. The exhaust note changed to a more loud deep tone at idle :) and a much louder scream at high RPMs:(. The headers are connected to a Borla Catback exhaust system. Also same as with all headers, make sure u clean the pipes after installation or you will have burned in finger prints. Yo I was too excited and forgot to do that myself." |

Someone botched the EGR pipe hole though which kind of looks bad unless you have an EGR valve block off plate and completely removed the EGR system, but it doesn't make a difference if it is connected or not; it may even free up more power. Good thing it came with a bolt to seal up the hole on the headers." |
