To offer a safe and secure shopping experience, Vivid Distributing LLC dba Vivid Racing has established these online Policies for any user, viewer, or buyer at www.vividracing.com.

Note:  Many parts are for off-road use only. As with any racing activity, there are risks at performance modifications. All installations are at the customers own risk. Vivid Distributing LLC or VividRacing.com holds no responsibility either implied or otherwise for mechanical, electrical or other failure when using after market performance products. Some items listed are illegal in many states and only for racing vehicles which may never be used on a public highway.

All trademarks, service marks, and trade names of and related to Vivid Racing are proprietary to Vivid Racing. Your receipt of an electronic order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Vivid Racing reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. Vivid Racing reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item and adjust your invoice accordingly. Vivid Racing may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. Once you have placed a online, phone order, or other type of order with Vivid Racing, you have entered in a contract to purchase and your credit card will be charged immediately. Orders DO NOT always ship the same day. Please allow 24 hours for your order to ship. If you need priority delivery then please contact us by phone for immediate attention.

Because Vivid Racing reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, typographical, product photo, and/or pricing errors that may occur do not entitle a customer to receive something from those errors.  Vivid Racing cannot be held responsible for honoring purchases caused by such errors and will simply take action to correct the error.  These errors are not a misrepresentation of a product, business, manufacture, or sale, but a error which Vivid Racing's responsibility is to correct the error.

Ordering Procedure
The import market we deal in is currently one of the hottest cars right now on the market. What does that mean to you as a customer, hard to get products. Vivid Racing stocks more vehicle specific parts then anyone else in the USA for our lines we carry. Parts turnover is quick. So when you order from us we put you in line to receive the product if it is not instock. Some specialty items may need to be ordered from overseas and can take 4-6 weeks for delivery. However if you order from us and a problem occurs, these are the steps to follow.

If you order a product, your credit card is charged immediately as stated above. We will notify you the status of the order and the product availability. If you choose to cancel the order after the same day we received or not during business hours when the order has been processed, a 5% cancellation fee will be charged and the remaining amount will be credited back to you.

The Shipping Rates shown at time of checkout our dimensional rate only. If your shipment weight is to much then contact us for a shipping quote. If there is an error in the shipping rate quoted we will contact you and let you know of the changes. International orders(Outside the USA) are not automatically processed as we may require additional information from you.

If a product is ordered and not wanted, the UNUSED item can be returned for a 35% restocking fee.  Shipping is not refundable in either direction. All items wanting to be return MUST be reported within 30 days of the original invoice date. No items will be returnable after 30 days. All products shipped from the Vivid Racing warehouse are shipped via Fedex or Freight and require a signature when delivered. Some packages shipped from the manufacturer may or may not require signatures for package release. Fedex, UPS, and DHL have package pick up locations if you are unable to sign for the package.  If the package is returned to Vivid Racing or manufacturer, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs and pay a 35% restocking fee. These fees will be charged to your account on file. 

VIVID RACING DOES NOT REFUND SHIPPING CHARGES.  If you modify, install, or alter the item in any form, we cannot accept it as a return, will not cover any expenses related to the product or installation, and you maybe be required to purchase a replacement.

Special Order Items
Some items may be special order specifically for the customers vehicle.  These items generally require a deposit or paid in full.  Once this deposit amount is notified to the customer and they agree to order the special order item, the deposit becomes non-refundable.  These special order items cannot be returned or resold.  Cancellations are not allowed on special order parts. 

Payment Terms
Vivid Racing accepts credit cards, Paypal payments, Google Checkout, BillMeLater Financing, Cashier Checks, Money Orders, and Bank Transfers with appropriate billing and shipping addresses to be verified.  All orders are to be paid in full at the time of purchase unless we contact you otherwise. Prices and shipping cost is subject to change anytime because of exchange rates, shipping costs, manufacturer price changes, etc.

Warranty
All products come with the warranty that is applied directly by the manufacturer. Unless you purchase our extended warranty, Vivid Racing does not offer any of our own warranties and are not responsible for product failures or failures due to installation. Certain products are intended for race use only as suggested by the manufacturer and should be installed and set up by professional service centers ONLY. As stated above we are not responsible for shipping cost other then by our own mistake of incorrect shipping.  Any item that is altered or changed from its original state without the consent of the manufacture, will not be able to be returned or receive warranty support. The warranty of a product is facilitated by Vivid Racing, however we can only enforce the manufactures decisions.

By law, a dealership is not allowed to void a warranty based upon having aftermarket parts installed on a car. When you add an aftermarket part to the car, the aftermarket part will void the warranty of ONLY the stock part it is replacing. 

Group Buy Terms & Conditions
Vivid Racing's new group buy system is a great way to get in on a HOT deal at a low, low price! By checking out online, you agree to these terms and conditions outlined below. Group Buy's are ONLY available online.  How does it work?

  • Place your order online and at checkout, you will be prompted to pay a 50% deposit via credit card. This deposit holds your spot for the group buy price.
  • Once the Group Buy date has ended and the minimum amount of buyers has been reached, your credit card will be billed the balance and your order will be processed.
  • If the Group Buy minimum buyer level is not reached, you will have the option to receive a full refund of your deposit, or buy the item at a discounted price. This price will be between the listed retail and Group Buy price.
  • Group Buy prices are ONLY honored if the minimum number of buyers is reached.

Can I order if I live outside of the United States?

We do accept international orders, with certain conditions. We also ship to APO/FPO addresses and accept credit cards as payment, as long as that address verifies with your credit card company. Is it safe to use my credit card?

Absolutely. We use 128bit encryption and SSL to ensure that no one can view any data transmitted. Nevertheless, if you prefer, we also offer you the option of submitting your order by telephone at (480) 265-8639. All account information submitted to us is safely isolated from unauthorized Internet access.

Do I have to pay sales tax?

We only charge sales tax in the state of Arizona and some manufacture that are dropshipped within California from California.

How can I pay for my order?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We also accept money orders and certified bank checks, however do not accept personal checks. Orders paid by certified bank check will usually not be processed until the funds have been verified & cleared our bank which can take up to 2 weeks. We also accept Wire Transfers, process Bill Me Later accounts, accept Google Checkout, and Paypal payments.

How much will my shipping charges be?

During the order process, you will be given a list of different shipping methods from which you can pick the one that suits you. The total cost of goods and the cost of shipping as well as sales taxes if applicable are clearly displayed. If you are ordering a body kit, shipping internationally, shipping to APO/FPO, or if the shipping server is down, you will be given a cost of $0.00 for shipping. We will e-mail you the correct cost before we finalize your order.

What if I need to return my order?

Please see our Terms & Conditions and Shipping & Returns pages for full details. If using a credit card, refunds will be credited to your account. If paying by check or money order, a refund check will be mailed to you. We will normally ship FedEx unless otherwise advised. These methods are both insurable and trackable for your protection. IF YOU ASK US SPECIFICALLY TO NOT INSURE THE BOX, DECLARE IT FOR A LOWER VALUE, OR YOU ASK US TO USE A CARRIER THAT DOES NOT PROVIDES INSURANCE AND THE PRODUCT ARRIVES DAMAGED OR DOES NOT ARRIVE AT ALL THEN YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE ANY REFUND OF ANY KIND, PERIOD! THE ONLY CASE YOU MAY RECEIVE A REFUND IS IF BY CHANCE WE HAPPENED TO GET THE PACKAGE BACK IN ITS ORIGINAL RESALEABLE CONDITION.

We have taken every precaution to protect all of your personal information. Only assigned persons here have information to your credit card, and your card number never appears on any paper. We do NOT sell your e-mail address or any other information about you to any third party company.
