Porsche 991.1 Carrera Competition Long Tube Race Headers
Offering the greatest gains in power and sound, our Competition Headers for the Porsche 991.1 Carrera are an excellent performance upgrade from the heavy and restrictive stock manifolds. DEVELOPMENT AND TESTING: The factory headers on the 911 were designed to be easy and cheap to manufacture while also conforming to the performance killing emissions standards of the market. The stock headers use cheap pressed flanges, squashed primary tubing, generic collectors and massive catalytic converters - all robbing your Carrera of the sound and performance it deserves. By smoothing the interface between the flange/primary tubes, using smooth radius large diameter bends and implementing a collector with equal inputs from each primary, we have been able to achieve increased flow, response and performance with our Competition Headers. Eliminating the restrictive and heavy catalytic converters also reduces weight and increases tone and power.
CONSTRUCTION:Our precision engineered headers are meticulously fabricated from T304L stainless steel. Proven design elements including port matched flanges, smooth radius primary tubing, and collectors that optimize the exhaust flow all work in conjunction to maximize power gains. Every set is rigorously quality-checked prior to shipping.
POWER: Testing was performed on 2015 Porsche Carrera C4S a Mustang Dyno at Apex Autowerks. Baseline power with SOUL Competition Headers was 313 whp and 226 ft-lbs of torque. A custom Protune pushed peak power to 330 whp and 276 ft-lbs of torque! RWD models can expect to see even greater gains due to less drivetrain losses.
CHECK ENGINE LIGHT?: This product may trigger a check engine light due to removal of factory catalytic converters. O2 Spacers are available to reduce any chances of triggering a CEL. We suggest a custom ECU tune to disable any check engine lights (for track use only).
BOLT ON AND GO: Each product is tested in a fixture to ensure perfect fitment. Thorough installation instructions are included in the box for a straightforward install that can be performed by most DIY enthusiasts.

HJS CATALYTIC CONVERTERS have a three (3) year warranty and are covered except when used with leaded race fuel or any type of fuel additive. Such non-manufacturer specified fuels will damage any catalytic converter and warranty is voided when these fuels and additives are used.
Soul Performance Products will repair or replace the catalytic converters once (1) during the 3 year period, or the option to apply credit towards a catless equivalent product will be available.
Sound is not covered under any warranty. We will do our best to meet expectations but sound is subjective. There are ways to adjust sound level and we will work with you to find the right one for you.
Soul Performance LLC under this warranty, in any event, will not be liable for loss of use, inconvenience, consequential or resultative damage. Our soul obligation under this warranty shall be limited to repair or replacement of our product.
Second Hand Components: Product warranty applies to the original purchaser on record, for the original vehicle on which the product was installed. Second hand owners can have any possible parts repaired at cost or have the option of a reduced cost replacement of the same or similar product (requires sending in original component).
COATINGS
PVD coatings are covered for one year from defects. Physical damage, or any damage incurred from customer negligence void any warranty claims.
Jet-Hot ceramic coatings are covered for life under Jet-Hot's Lifetime Warranty.
