DC Sports Limited Warranty protects customers against material and manufacturing defects and is limited to the repair, replacement, or credit of the product in question, at no expense to the customer, excluding the cost of shipping. All warranty claims must be shipped prepaid by the customer to DC Sports. Warranty claims must have an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number on the box or package will be refused and sent back to the shipper

DC Sports will not be held responsible for any damage causing by mishandling, misuse, or improper installation by the vehicle owner. Improper installation or misuse of our product may lead to damage of both product and vehicle, in these scenarios the user assumes all responsibility.

Warranty claims must be made in with in the Warranty Periods, Requirements, Limitations, and Exclusions listed below. If all conditions necessary for warranty claims are not met, the warranty item will be returned to the business that requested the warranty claim or otherwise disposed, upon customer request.

Intake Systems

DC Sports only warranty’s intake systems due to poor workmanship. We do not cover normal wear and tear damages due to misuse or abuse. We do not warranty the finish of intake tubes. Warranty covers the original owner of intake system by having proof of purchase. We have the right to void all warranty if you cannot provide the information needed by DC Sports. DC Sports does not cover any cost for installation or removal of products.

Limited 1- year Warranty

Exhaust systems/ Headers/ Exhaust components

DC Sports Stainless Steel Exhaust Systems and Headers come with a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturer defects, such as defective resonators, mufflers, and welds. Any dents found on the piping are considered shipping damages; any shipping damages are to be claimed through the shipping carrier if the item was insured items that were not insured cannot be claimed under any circumstance. Our exhaust system warranty extends only when the item is installed on the vehicle for which the exhaust product was designed for as noted by the part number. Any custom modification(s), altering or wrapping of the exhaust systems automatically voids the product warranty.
