These Hooker BlackHeart LS swap headers fit 1968-1987 GM C-10/20 2WD Trucks, and 1973-1982 Blazer/Jimmy 2WD vehicles. The long-tube header design provides optimum engine performance with stainless steel construction for strength & corrosion resistance. These Headers are designed for use with BHS540 Premium engine mounting brackets (1973-1987 C10/C20 & 1973-1982 Blazer/Jimmy), or BHS511 engine mounting brackets (1968-1972 C10) w/ the narrow frame rails.

Easy installation since these headers are part of the Hooker BlackHeart LS swap system (all parts engineered to work together as a system for simple bolt-in LS engine swap).

Who is Hooker Headers?

Hooker Headers is a company founded by Gary Hooker in 1962. It started when he decided to design a header for his 409 Chevrolet. Soon after, he realized a demand for headers in his area and decided to produce them commercially. Starting with a few employees in a building in South Ontario, CA, Hooker Headers was born.

Simple Yet Effective Design
