Implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are excluded. Pitting is caused by brake dust, chemical abuse, or lack of maintenance and is not covered by Steeda's warranty. Any warranty claims on painted body components must be filed within 30 days of original purchase date; painted body component claims are not valid outside the 30 day window.
