We choose to use C630 nickel bronze as a material to make valve guides because of its ideal characteristics for the application. The 5 percent nickel content provides superior resistance to wear, and the 80 percent copper content delivers outstanding heat conductivity. Guide profiles are designed to have minimal effect on the airstream while maintaining critical cross sectional thickness in high temperature areas, promoting high performance and endurance.

KPMI maintains a warehouse and supplies over 3,000 items to its consumers worldwide. There is no other company in the world that has such a wide range of products for the motorsports industry. Not only does KPMI manufacture finished products, but it also provides contract manufacturing services to OEMs and other third parties. Engineering, prototyping, and limited or full production runs are just some of the services they offer.
KPMI has five locations and a combined total of over 20,000 square feet of a machine shop, office, engineering, and warehouse space. KPMI has invested heavily in upgrading its operations during the last five years. As a company, they have eleven cutting-edge CNC lathes and other cutting-edge tools in their entire facility.
KPMI's objective is to supply consumers with products that function correctly the first time and deliver the best value for money in terms of reliability and performance. None of their products reaches final approval without first enduring a development flow procedure. Three signatures from engineering and one from production are required for final evaluations. This means that each product undergoes three independent assessments throughout its development process before a final product is launched.
Vivid Racing includes a wide collection of KPMI valve products, such as exhaust and intake valves, wrist bushing twins, service kits, seal valves, spring kits, and many more!
