Skyjacker re-engineered the Super Duty's suspension via an outstanding 8.5-inch 4-Link Conversion. Replace your OEM radius arm mounts with integrated radius arm drop brackets plus upper and lower adjustable control arms.
Formed from 2-inch OD x 0.250 wall DOM tubing, both pairs of control arms are adjustable Flex Links. The adjustability allows proper caster settings to improve handling.
Flex Links have a forked clevis end at the lower axle mount. The upper bracket mount has 1-1/4" forged rod end with steel encased rubber bushing. Drop brackets lower the rear mounts at the frame to maintain the correct caster specifications for proper alignment.
Specifically engineered for Super Duty F250 4WD Diesel motors, these 2-Stage Variable Rate Springs deliver a smooth controlled comfortable ride. First Flex Rate stage delivers a comfortable ride with the ability to flexexpand during full articulation. Second Ride Rate stage only engages after compression past Flex Rate: resulting in a smoother ride.
An ultra heavy-duty track bar relocation bracket captures the front crossmember on both sides to prevent movement in this critical high-stress area and to keep the axle centered.
Front sway bar links realign sway bar. Drop Brackets reposition front bump stops. Front brake line brackets and braided stainless steel brake lines correct and reposition the brake lines. A heavy-duty steering stabilizer relocation bracket and Hydro steering stabilizer included.
A 5-inch rear block and U-bolt kit and Softride® add-a-leaf delivers a more level stance. Carrier bearing lowering kit corrects driveline angles to eliminate driveshaft vibrations.
Shocks are a key link in-between the chassis and your suspension. Front and rear damper capacity enhanced with ADX 2.0 Adventure Series Remote Reservoir Aluminum Monotube Shocks. This limited lifetime warranty does not apply to products characterized by one or more of the following:
1) Products that have been subject to abuse, neglect, accident, fire, improper installation or adjustment, and corrosion.
2) Products that have been modified or altered outside of or beyond SKYJACKER specifications.
3) Products used in application other than those recommended in the current SKYJACKER catalog or in the instructions accompanying the product.
4) Products that are used for competition or racing activities.
5) This limited lifetime warranty does not include polyurethane components, product finish, and any conditions caused by normal wear and use.
In a situation where a SKYJACKER product is found to contain a defect in material or workmanship within the stated warranty period (unless caused by one or more of the above stated conditions), SKYJACKER, at its option, will either replace the product or repair the product. To make a claim under this limited lifetime warranty, purchaser must:
1) Call SKYJACKER at (318) 388-0816 for customer service to receive a return authorization number which must be written on the outside of the product's package.
2) Include the original purchase receipt (or copy) indicating the place of purchase,date of purchase, and amount paid.
3) An authorized SKYJACKER dealer must inspect the product and confirm that the "Driver Warning" decal is properly displayed, and
4) Return the product, freight prepaid to the place of business originally purchased.
Each of these above mentioned terms must be met in order to qualify for warranty coverage. Freight charges, installation cost, labor cost, damage to related components, cost incurred due to down time of vehicle, normal wear and tear, lost profits and incidental or consequential damages are not covered under this lifetime warranty.
