This kit has changed the way you lay out your c10. Utilizes improved c10 geometry, engineered to lay frame with less hassle. It will narrow your track width appx. 2.5 Per side and moves the wheels 1 forward from factory location. By utilizing the rack-n-pinion steering, you get smoother steering to give you a more late model truck driving experience. Just some of the advantages of this kit are that no rack notch is needed and kit is 100% bolt-on. The lower a-arms have cam bolts for easy alignment/adjustment without shims. The new crossmember keeps engine low in the frame to increase hood clearance. The rack-n-pinion uses tapered pins for the spindle so there is no need to drill spindle for the steering arm. Complete kit includes the main crossmember with structual components, motor mounts (specify), tubular control arms with bushings and 73-87 ball joints, shock relocation brackets, power rack-n-pinion with hardware & tapered pins with heim end for spindles, shocks, air bags, and transmission crossmember. Specify sbc, bbc or ls engine mounts when ordering. Steering linkage, ps hose kit and sway bar sold separately.
