The Demon Heavy Duty Axle is 10-15% bigger in the CV joint and 15-20% larger in shaft diameter, giving you a beefier and stronger ride than OEM axles.
What makes our HD axle different from the competition? Well, we utilized a proprietary dual heat treatment process to make them out of 4340 chromoly steel to give it the edge over the competition.
Our heavy-duty axles also utilize a unique double plunge design to prevent your axle from binding, giving them higher articulation angles, allowing you to have greater control over those rough terrains.
On top of all of this, the heavy-duty axles are equipped with a TPEE boot which are stronger, fatigue resistant, puncture resistant and temperature resistant in comparison to your standard OEM boot.
