Starting off from 3D scans done in house in the Ironman 4x4 head office in Melbourne, a massive amount of design and development has gone into delivering a bull bar that not only gives class leading frontal protection, but also enhances the overall look of the Prado. The designs have focused around the curves and shape of the vehicle, and have added some toughness to the soft rounded look of the Prado. The new GX460/Prado bull bar features a modern and aggressive stepped design that follows the line of the headlights ensuring maximum clearance and approach angle for 4WDing. Mandrel bending ensures that all the tube has even wall thickness, ensuring there are no weak points, integrated spotlight mounts provide a perfect location for a wide range of Ironman 4x4 lighting options.
