65 Gallon, extra capacity, extra heavy duty, midship, under-body, replacement fuel tank for Ford diesel pickups with Crew Cabs and 8 ft. beds. Constructed of military grade cross-linked polyethylene . Tank comes complete with powder-coated or plated steel mounting strap set, extruded rubber mounting bushings and accessories.
Tank features exclusive low fuel trap design. Tank hangs approximately only 1" below bottom of stock tank shield bracket. Tank is approximately 2.5" deeper than the stock OEM tank. For model F250, F350, and F450 vehicles with Crew Cabs and 8 ft. long beds (single and dual rear wheel). Very similar in appearance to original equipment tank.
TITAN Fuel Tanks Direct Replacement, Mid-Ship Fuel Tanks are manufactured to use the trucks stock/original equipment fuel sending unit. The trucks stock sending unit is removed from the stock tank and mounted into the TITAN tank. They are a direct fit, there are no modifications needed. With use of the stock sending unit, the trucks analog fuel gauge will read correct and accurate with the TITAN tank.
The TITAN tank is 30 gallons larger at 65 gallons. The stock tank is only 35 gallons.
