Limited Warranty

EK O-ring and Quadra-X ring chains are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for 24 months/unlimited mileage (for street use) or 12 months/unlimited mileage (for off-road use). This warranty is not applicable in any of the following cases:
  • Any applications other than those recommended by EK Chain and motorcycle owners manual
  • Use in competitive events
  • Use on motorcycles that have been modified in any way
  • Improper installment
  • Maintenance neglect including but not limited to lack of or improper lubrication, sprocket misalignment, and improper chain adjustment
  • Normal Wear
