With over 1500 hours of design, development, machining, and testing, CSF, along with partners VF Engineering (USA) and Custom Plenum Creations (Australia), has now brought a state-of-the-art CNC machined, high-performance Charge-Air Cooler Manifold to the B58 platform (Mk5 Supra and BMW models). This product solves what has been commonly known as a weak link of an otherwise impressive new engine platform. With the larger and more efficient water-to-air intercooler performance, lower pressure drop across the system, included fuel rail, kit for top feed port injection, and several other industry-leading features, the CSF Super Manifold will allow B58 owners to maximize the performance of their vehicles and push the limits further than what has been previously possible with this new platform.The newer 2nd gen B58 engine, found in the Mk5 Supra, has already been proven to be an incredible platform for performance enthusiasts - taking the performance and motorsports industry by storm in just a couple of years since its release. Customers are now pushing through the 1000whp mark on their B58 powered vehicles with the CSF manifold. The OEM water-cooled charge air cooler intake manifold for the B58 engine is adequate in cars with little or no modifications, but starts to really show its weakness in cars with bolt-on mods, turbo upgrades, increased fueling (such as port injection), and performance tuning. The OEM intercooler system has also been known to suffer from heat soak in demanding racing conditions such as time attack, endurance racing, drag racing, drifting, and even spirited street driving. This can cause the car to pull timing out of the engine due to high intake air temperatures (IATs), and can cause "limp mode" once temperatures reach a certain threshold, as the vehicle's ECU attempts to protect the engine.The CSF #8200 comes in a raw billet aluminum finish. Also available in Thermal Black Heat Dispersion (CSF #8200B) & in custom colors/finishes (CSF #8200C).With the larger and more efficient intercooler performance, lower pressure drop, included fuel rail & kit for top feed port injection, and other industry-leading features, the CSF Super Manifold allows B58 owners to maximize performance.

CSF warranty is applicable only to the original owner of the vehicle. Original paper work verifying the proof of purchase and pre-installation cooling system checklist signed by the professional installer is required to process warranty claims.

All warranty claims should be directed to the point of purchase. Due to CSFâ€™s established agreements with Authorized CSF Warehouse Distributors, CSF is unable to handle and/or process warranty related calls/inquires from any individuals â€“ all inquires/warranty related claims should be directed to the point of purchase or an authorized warehouse distributor.

Take care of your radiator, as under circumstances listed below the warranty will be void.

If the radiator is installed and is returned deformed (bulging tanks, warped core etc.), this is an indication that the radiator is the victim of some other problem and not the cause. The deformation is a result of the radiator being subjected to extremely high pressure and or temperature caused by any of the following reasons:Defective Pressure Cap, Defective Head Gasket, Defective Temperature gauge (incorrect readings), Defective Water Pump etc. Such units are not covered under the warranty.

If a radiator seems to have a â€œfit problemâ€ there is the possibility that there is some confusion about a multi-fit radiator that might look different. Your nearest CSF WD can clarify the application, just give them a call. A perceived fit problem is not covered under warranty.

If a unit is damaged in shipping, please file a claim with the carrier. Damages caused during shipping, installation or handling are not covered under warranty.

Any repairs or alterations to the unit will automatically void the warranty.

Any form of abuse, including the use of improper coolant mixtures, damage caused by steam, corrosion etc and use on commercial vehicles voids the warranty. It is the vehicle ownersâ€™ responsibility to maintain the cooling system as specified in the owners manual.
