Manufactured from heavy gauge (1/8" thick) steel tubing and fixture welded for a perfect fit. The completed frame goes through a 3-stage corrosion protection process and is then powder coated with a beautiful matte black finish to protect it for years against corrosion.
The attachment adapters are made from heat-treated alloy steel and precision CNC machined to screw directly into the factory tow hook attachment points on the Countryman's rear bumper. The material is 5x stronger than regular non-heat treated steel for maximum strength. The M7 design is so superior and so strong we have applied for a US design and utility patent.
Engineered to easily connect to the Countryman's or Paceman's two rear tow hook points, it is a complete package and includes all hardware (2 bolts & 2 adapters) the hitch and even the two wrenches you need to easily put it on and take it off. No cutting, no welding, no drilling, no tools.
The hitch is rated for 2000# (1130 kb) GVWR (trailer weight) and 200# (113 kg) vertical receiver load.
