Use this tool to open rail caps of '97-14 Ford 5' Short Bed, '09-20 Ram and '14-20 Tundra Crew Max trucks. Just find the stake pocket according to instructions in the package, and drill a small pilot hole to allow the Bit to enter the opening. Then run router & bit Clockwise, to clean the stake pocket. The design of our router bit incorporates 4 roller bearings that run along the steel pocket as a guide, all without scratching or cutting the painted surface of the rail, creating a perfect cut opening to the Stake Pocket below. This tool is the easiest way to make a clean, perfect Bull Ring installation possible, even in trucks where no stake pockets existed before!

Bull Ring is an aftermarket company that specializes in making functional and durable towing products for the automotive industry. They have been making these parts for over 30 years and have consistently innovated and improved their products, making them the best-selling truck anchor in the market today.
Most factory-installed tie-down anchors are located low on the truck to allow easy access when it is fully loaded. Unfortunately, this poses some ground clearance issues, especially during steep inclines and approaches. Bull Ring created a product where you still get that ease of access while still maintaining the correct angle to secure a load fully.
Their heavy-duty tie-down anchors are designed to be installed quickly, durable, and fit most leading trucks made today. Being synonymous with strength, these products are guaranteed to last as long as your truck. Each Bull Ring truck tie-downs are made from high-quality materials and manufactured using the latest and most advanced techniques. Each tie-down is rated to hold up to 1,000lbs, perfect for pulley those heavy loads.
If you are in the market for quality towing products for your rig, then look no further as Bull Ring has got you covered. Their no-fuss installation procedure requires drilling or cutting, and no other special tools are needed. All you’ll need is a Phillips screwdriver, and you are good to go.
