The next generation of Injen's Evolution cold air intakes is here for your 2012-2018 Jeep Wrangler with the 3.6L V6. Our all-new EVO5009 incorporates all of the amazing features you loved about our EVO5008, but adds our new Twist-Lock air filter and our Clear-Vue window for simple filter maintenance.
The EVO5009 is the starting point of our industry-first, fully modular intake system for the Jeep Wrangler. Utilizing the EVO15069 Ram Air Scoop or the EVO15070 Snorkel (both sold separately), you can quickly switch from a normal intake kit to cold air kit with ram air, or switch to a cold air kit that features a fully functional snorkel. This is a one-of-a-kind kit and absolutely the best choice on the market. Every EVO5009 cold air intake is made in the USA from cross linked high density polyethylene for extreme durability. They include stainless steel hardware and automotive grade urethane couplers. The installation process is simple and does not require aftermarket tuning for exceptional HORSEPOWER and TORQUE GAINS.
The EVO5009 system features our 1-piece box design that incorporates our Twist-Lock. The system also uses our massive 360 degree SuperNano-Web dry air filter, and our CAD designed smooth Rotomolded induction tube for reduced restriction levels. The EVO5008 was precisely tuned and tested on our in-house dyno to replicate stock fueling while increasing horsepower and torque.
Roto-molded Housing: The one-piece sealed housing utilizes the all-new Injen Twist-Lock System to securely attach the SuperNano-Web Dry air filter in place. The Twist-Lock system eliminates the use of unnecessary parts and gives you one of the simplest installations available. The EVO5009 housing also includes our Injen Clear-View badge for a cleaner, more aggressive under hood appearance.
Roto-molded Intake Tube: The EVO5009 Evolution Cold Air Intake System uses a custom designed and dyno-tuned intake tube to produce huge power gains while retaining an OE quality fit.
SuperNano-Web Dry Air Filter: 'That's massive!' is all you will hear about this SuperNano-Web Dry air filter that is included with the EVO5009 cold air intake system. Using the largest filter possible for this application has increased the available air volume, resulting in added power while keeping the installation process quick and simple.
Quality Hardware: From the Stainless Steel Band Clamps with an inner protective liner to the reinforced automotive grade silicone coupler, every aspect is covered for a perfect and secure fit.

Injen Technology offers a Limited Lifetime Warranty to the original purchaser against defects in material and workmanship on all intake systems excluding the filter element. Injen Technology will replace at no charge, any intake pipe considered by Injen Technology to be defective. The warranty is void if the warranty card is not returned to Injen Technology within the first 30 days of purchase. Any and all warranty coverage is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective part only, at Injen Technology.s discretion. Proof of purchase is required. The warranty does not cover incidental or consequential damages, nor does it cover the cost of installation or removal of the defective part or its replacement.

Injen Technology offers a one-year warranty to the original purchaser against defects in material and workmanship on all exhaust systems. Injen Technology will replace at no charge, any exhaust system considered by Injen Technology to be defective. Any and all warranty coverage is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective part only, at Injen Technology's discretion. Proof of purchase is required. The warranty does not cover incidental or consequential damages, nor does it cover the cost of installation or removal of the defective part or its replacement.
AIR INTAKES AND ACCESSORIES
Injen Technology offers a Limited Lifetime Warranty to the original purchaser against defects in material and workmanship on all intake systems excluding the filter element. Injen Technology will replace at no charge, any intake pipe considered by Injen Technology to be defective. The warranty is void if the warranty card is not returned to Injen Technology within the first 30 days of purchase. Any and all warranty coverage is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective part only, at Injen Technology's discretion. Proof of purchase is required. The warranty does not cover incidental or consequential damages, nor does it cover the cost of installation or removal of the defective part or its replacement. All warranty items must be sent freight prepaid with a valid RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and copy of original invoice.
SES INTERCOOLERS AND EXHAUST SYSTEMS
Injen Technology offers a one-year warranty to the original purchaser against defects in material and workmanship on all exhaust systems. SES Intercooler and exhaust systems that have been installed will not be eligible for return under any circumstances. Defective parts will be replaced or repaired as deemed necessary by Injen Technology. All other warranty issues will apply as indicated under the Air Intake section. Most exhaust and Intercooler system installations may require a lift and or specialized tools. Due to the installation complexity of automotive exhaust and Intercooler systems, Injen Technology recommends that a qualified technician perform the installation. Most local Tuner or exhaust and muffler shops offer professional installation.
