The Schroth Latchlink II Ratchet harness offers 2" lap belts (left side Ratchet Adjuster), as well as your choice of shoulder and sub-strap configuration with a SFI 16.1 certification. The Ratchet Adjuster bolts directly into the chassis on the left lap. All other belt points include wrap in hardware, however bolt-in or snap-in hardware must be purchased separately.
Ratchet Adjuster: The ratchet portion is sewn into the left lap belt and provides racers with the ability to tighten the adjuster by turning the ?" socket while racing. This guarantees an effortless and direct way to tighten the lap assembly. The ?ratchet latch link belt" is best suited to be used with a non adjustable right lap but can be paired with a pull up or pull down right lap.
Laps Belts: Just like in Schroth camlock belts, the 2" latchlink lap belt is a safer and more comfortable option than using 3" lap belts. The 2" lap belt allows the lap belt to fit on the pelvis better for a tighter and more comfortable fit. We strongly recommend the Latchlink II for all applications and race series.
Shoulder Belts: The 2" Latchlink ratchet lap can be used in conjunction with the 2" shoulder belts or the 3" shoulder belts. The 2" shoulder belt is recommend for drivers who are using a HANS or similar style Forward Head Restraint while the 3" shoulders are often used with or without such a device.
Sub Strap: The Ratchet Latchlink II comes with 3 possible sub-strap configurations depending on a driver's preference. Sub-straps can be ordered in the 6 point V style, a non-adjustable single sub-strap or an in-line adjustable single sub-strap.
