Premium full bucket seats with a deep seating position and high hold performance
The edirb 0B1 is a premium full bucket seat based on the BRIDE ZIEG IV. Compared to the standard shell shape of the edirb 0A1, it features a rounded "hunched back" design and a deeper seating position, allowing you to sit with your eyes lowered.
Since it is possible to take a driving position that wraps deeply, it is a model that is highly supported by tall people and drivers who demand higher performance when driving on circuits.
The shell uses a high-rigidity super aramid black shell, and the skin material is composed of three materials: protein leather, ultrasuede, and vegan leather [Vigaprimo], and it is a safe specification that supports antibacterial, sterilization, deodorization. In addition, the seat is equipped with a seating sensor. (Depending on the car model, it may not be possible.)
edirb0B1 is an FIA standard model.
Side support that achieves both high hold performance and operability
The side support, which extends firmly to the knee in front of the seat, has high hold performance, and compared to the previous model EDIRB 067, the support on the flanks has been slightly shaved to reduce interference with the elbow during shifting.
Adoption of new material vegan leather [Bigaprimo]
In addition to the protein leather and ultrasuede that have been used in the previous edirb series, edirb0B1 uses vegan leather [Bigaprimo], a new artificial leather that reproduces the structure of genuine leather without using animal-derived materials. While it is soft to the touch, it is durable and easy to maintain, so it is used on the top surface of the third support, which is prone to rubbing when getting on and off.

The safety benchmark includes 6 items: seatback rear surface crash test; head restraint forward crash test; head restraint static test; seat and seat mounting test; seat belt mounting test; and the flame resistance test. In all of these cases, a tremendous amount of force is applied to the seats to mimic an accident and check whether the seats are damaged and can be maintained for a regulated time.
